How to Save Instagram Photos, Reels and Videos
Follow these steps to check public, accessible Instagram links with Savefluxes. The illustrations are original diagrams made for Savefluxes.
How does it work?
Copy a post link on Instagram, open the matching Savefluxes tool, and paste the link. If the server can access the content, available save options are shown. Not every post or format can be processed.

Steps to save Instagram content
Find the public post you want to save
Open the photo, post, or Reel in Instagram. Make sure the content is public and its link can be viewed without signing in.
Private accounts, expired Stories, and content you cannot access are not unlocked.
Copy the post link
Open the post menu (⋯) or Share control and choose “Copy link”. On desktop, you can also copy the public post address from the browser bar.
The Share menu may look different depending on your Instagram app version and device.
Open the matching Instagram tool and paste the link
Choose the matching tool from the links above, such as Photo, Reels, or Story. Paste the copied link into the Savefluxes form and press “Download”.
Never enter your Instagram password or verification code in the link field.
Review an available option and save it to your device
If processing succeeds, review the photo or video options shown and download the file you want. The file location depends on your browser and device settings.
If no option appears, the content type may not be supported or the server may not be able to access the link.

Troubleshooting and common questions
Why is my link not working?
Check that the complete link opens on Instagram and the post is public. The post may have been removed, expired, or be unreachable by the server. Try again later or use another supported public post link.
Can I save content from a private account?
No. This guide does not bypass private accounts. Use only public content you have permission to view and save.
Do I need my Instagram login?
No. Paste only the content link into Savefluxes. Do not provide a password, session cookie, or verification code.
Why are some Stories, photos, or videos unavailable?
The content must be public and still available. Format, regional availability, platform changes, and server access can affect results. Savefluxes cannot guarantee every link or format.
